Accepting a New Movement 

 

Step 1

 

Once one of your Carriers has delegated you a New Movement using the plansafe System you will see it appear on the New Movements screen on your handheld device.

Step 2

 

Select the new movement that has appeared. It will be identified by date and locations.

 

Step 3

 

Using the navigation buttons at the bottom of your screen move between the New Movement information displayed. 

 

Step 4

 

You will then be directed to the screen titled Fatigue Declarations. Please read all Fatigue Statements carefully and accept, by tapping on the checkbox to the left hand side of each statement, only if you agree to the statements displayed. If you choose to Decline a movement the Carrier will receive an email advising them of this.

 

Step 5

 

After you have accepted each of the Fatigue Statements you will be asked to Accept Movement. If you choose to accept the conditions of this movement your App will automatically be re-directed to the My Jobs screen for that movement.

 

Step 6

 

Once re-directed you will be able to see all load numbers for the movement you have just accepted. This movement will stay on your My Jobs, either in Todays Jobs or Future Jobs page until you have:

 

  • Undertaken that movement,

  • Completed the required information ,

  • Taken photos of both pick up and delivery dockets

  • Clicked Submit Paperwork for that movement.
